Using the Tray

The engraved tray is a decorative element designed to complement the aesthetic of your hookah.
Although it allows short-term placement of charcoal, we do not recommend using the tray for cooling or leaving hot coals on its surface.
The temperature of certain charcoal types may exceed the heat resistance limit of the paint, which can lead to discoloration or surface damage.

Use the tray only for tapping off ash.
After use, clean it gently with a soft sponge or cloth and a baking soda solution.
Avoid abrasive materials, metal brushes, or strong scrubbing pressure.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To preserve the appearance and performance of your hookah, please follow these recommendations:

• Do not use cleaning agents containing alkalis, acids, or solvents, even in concentrations below 5%.
  Such chemicals may damage the coating, engraving, or sealing components.

• Do not clean the tray or hookah with a pressure washer (e.g. Kärcher).
  High-pressure water can damage the engraved surface, paint, and seals.

• If your hookah has wooden decorative parts, always remove them before washing.
  Wood is not designed for exposure to moisture and may warp or lose its finish if wet.

• Do not wash the hookah while assembled.
  Disassemble all parts before cleaning and dry them thoroughly before reassembly.

• Golden-colored metal components are made of stainless steel with a titanium coating.
  While extremely durable, they should still be protected from contact with aggressive cleaning agents.

• Do not leave the hookah filled with water for more than 24 hours.
  Prolonged exposure to moisture may cause internal corrosion, odor retention, or deterioration of seals.

Additional Care Tips

• To preserve the engraved surface, gently wipe the tray with a dry microfiber cloth after use.

• Store the hookah in a dry, shaded place, away from direct sunlight and high humidity.

• During transportation, use original packaging or a soft case to prevent scratches or surface damage.
