Delivery & Pickup

Pickup:

Attention! Before arrival, please arrange a convenient time for pickup with the manager, as we may not be on site.

Delivery across Ukraine via "Nova Poshta":

• Performed daily from Mon to Fri, 17:00–18:00. Orders placed after 16:30 are shipped the next day.
• Orders are shipped after full payment or prepayment, depending on order volume.
• To arrange delivery, the following recipient information is required: full name, city and "Nova Poshta" branch number, phone number.
• To receive the order at a "Nova Poshta" branch, a passport and waybill number are required (our manager will provide it after shipping).
• Delivery and money transfer fees are paid by the recipient according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs.

Delivery in Kyiv by taxi:

• Available every day from Mon to Fri, until 17:00.
• After full payment to FOP.
• Taxi payment is made in cash upon receipt of the order.

International delivery:

• Performed every day from Mon to Fri, 16:00–17:00. Shipment occurs the next day after order placement.
• Orders are shipped after full payment to FOP.
• To arrange delivery, the following recipient information is required: full name, country/city, address, postal code, phone number.
• Delivery time and cost depend on the recipient’s country.
